Request data deletion — Wheel of the Year

Wheel of the Year has no account, login or user profile. You can delete data stored on your device immediately and request deletion of anonymous records held by the services that support the app.

Delete data on this device

In the app, open Settings → Your data → Delete data on this device. This immediately removes journal entries, journey progress and preferences. We cannot restore them, so export a backup first if you want to keep them.

Request deletion of remote data

Open Settings → Your data → Request deletion of remote data. The app prepares an email containing this installation’s anonymous PostHog and RevenueCat identifiers, which lets us locate and delete the relevant analytics and subscription-service records.

You can also email contact@sabbats.app with the subject Wheel of the Year data deletion request. Include your platform and the anonymous identifiers shown by the app if available. We will complete a valid request within 30 days.

Deleting data does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately through the store. Apple and Google may retain payment records under their own legal and privacy obligations.
