Request data deletion — Wheel of the Year

You can delete local data and request deletion of remote records. No account is needed.

Delete data on this device

Open Settings → Your data → Delete data on this device. Entries, progress and preferences are removed immediately. Export first to keep them. This does not delete messages already sent.

Delete PostHog and RevenueCat records

Open Settings → Your data → Request deletion of remote data. The app prepares an email with this installation’s identifiers. You can also email contact@sabbats.app with the subject “Wheel of the Year data deletion request”, your platform and these identifiers if available. We will complete a valid request within 30 days.

Delete support messages

Email contact@sabbats.app with your message submission reference or support identifier and, if useful, the email originally supplied. We locate and remove matching support messages and confirm the result. Resetting the support identifier or deleting local app data does not delete messages already sent. Unrelated analytics identifiers are not needed to delete support messages.

The app owner manually deletes Discord support messages within 30 days after the request is resolved. This is not automated. Cloudflare purges active delivery content after confirmed delivery or within 72 hours if undelivered; retries stop after 24 hours and receipts expire after seven days. Provider backups, Cloudflare point-in-time recovery and Discord provider retention may retain data separately under their own policies.

Deletion does not cancel a subscription. Apple and Google retain payment records under their own obligations. Active deletion limits do not promise immediate removal from every provider backup.
